Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must meet one of the following:

• The item doesn’t fit as expected
• The item arrived damaged in transit(photo proof required)
• You received the wrong item

If your order qualifies, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange.

To start a return or exchange, please reach out to calicoground@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos. Once approved, we’ll provide next steps.

Because many pieces are vintage or reworked, all other sales are final. Refunds are only provided once the original purchase has been returned to us.
